Pressure pipelines (ACC. TO PED 2014/68/UE, AD 2000-MERKBLATT HP0)

We carry out design and manufacturing jibs tasks in the food, chemical, refinery, petrochemical and power industries. The whole service is provided comprehensively, including the completion of materials, prefabrication, QC documentation, packaging and transport.

We carry out tasks in the field of prefabrication and assembly of systems and process pipelines made of carbon steel, stainless steel, austenistic and low-alloy steel in the full range of diameters and wall thicknesses. We use mechanised systems for orbital welding of POLYSOUDE equipment.We manufacture process pipelines, chilled water, steam, condensate, compressed air and thermal oil systems etc.

We offer prefabrication of pipelines based on isometric documentation (the so-called spools). In addition to prefabrication, we install pipelines with most complex shapes.  All the projects which we have completed and delivered are a testimony to our competence and engineering know-how in this field.
